High technology and productive performance, the rotating head moves through a horizontal beam supported on two columns, providing greater rigidity and precision in the work, as its support is greater on the beam , compared to Type C Machining Centers, and suffer less impact from material expansion.
Allows heavy work, has high sensitivity and low vibration at high speed. equipped with Spindle and Gear Box, speed of 6,000 rpm, 15/18.5 kW motor and BT 50 cone, with fast forward speed from 12 to 15 m/min, distance between columns 2,300 mm.
CNC controlled , it operates with strokes of 3,200 x 2,100 x 800 mm in the X, Y and Z axes. with configurations and options such as: structural rigidity, type ZF gearbox, linear guides in the X, Y and Z axes, connectivity with industry 4.0 and compliance with the NR12 safety standard, other options check in the TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS.
