This machine tool has high speed, high precision, high efficiency, and strong comprehensive processing capability and is suitable for high-speed milling processing of ceramics, zirconia, silicon carbide, 3C product and small hardware.

Features

6 Z-axis independent servo control, independent intelligent correction for deviation of workpiece position which improves the consistency of processing dimension.
6 Z-axis integrated in a gantry mechanism, good rigidity with high stability.
The hidden mechanism is a fully enclosed chain disk magazine which is compact and stable. Each tool magazine is equipped with 14 tools (disk magazine) or 20 tools (chain disk magazine).
Integrated high-pressure casting direct-connection spindle sliding table.
Double protection configuration for ball screws and guide rails.
Self-lubricating guide rail ball screw system.
Perspective door and tempered glass window for double protection. Twin doors with silent guide rail and protective guide rail device.
The electric cabinet is equipped with cool air conversion system.
